Production
Each piece is made to order and individually produced.
Production time is typically up to 2 weeks.


Shipping
Shipping is offered internationally. Orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and are typically between 7–10 days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.


Exceptions
Due to the made-to-order nature of the pieces, custom sizes, engraved items, and personalized pieces may not be eligible for return.

Resizing
If resizing is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on the piece.
